I didn't post about the Dong Bang situation because I wasn't here when it first appeared, I was in Vietnam on holiday lol and decided to not go on allkpop and the likes because it's time for family and 'cause ... the internet connection wasn't reliable lol XD

But basically ... after I arrived back to England and bombarded the internet ... I found out about the court cases ... To be very honest ... I wasn't that surprised about the "slave contracts" but I didn't think it would be as ridiculous as this. With the whole "You can't rest, even if you are ill or else the contract is longer" etc. etc.

I mean come on .... that is seriously unfair and ridiculous. I know that they signed the contracts but I they take advantage of how desperate people are to debut ... and they were MINORS when they signed it... doesn't that count for anything? They were not mature enough to sign an official document like that and I know how parents permission is needed but ... 13 years? ... These are life contracts ... I mean COME ON.

And now even Hangeng Gege Hankyung Oppa (I know they mean different things but I like to use these phrases haha) ... watch when all of SMTown will file cases against SM. 

Yes SM... you train awesome people and debut awesome people and produce good music but ... come on now. They're not immortal. They do get ill. They need to be treated fairly, as HUMANS. Pssssh... I want them all to continue as one unit, as one group but have FAIR contracts ... argh. I don't want anyone to disband but really, SM ... come on now.

They don't even get DECENT pay ... bahh.

I was upset when I read Kyu's message ... >_< ... I'm just thinking though, if everyone filed a case against SM ... would SM win? ... I'm sure this is much more complex than me typing this but they're all treated like this and all under "slave contracts" right? ... Hmm ... I wonder what will happen.

Please 2010, be a good year for everyone.

I don't know about you guys but I am soooo looking forward to SHINee's return :D And their concept is COMPLETELY different from before :P .. the bright colours to the gothic look ... it's gonna be gurrrrd haha...

My fave concept of theirs so far has been A.Mi.Go :D hehehe

Jonghyun looks mighty different here hehe I think I prefer his hair like this than before and Tae just looks AWESOMELY AWESOME in everything :D (puaha)

I apologise for not posting as much as I used to.... I am really sorry~ Erm ... well basically I've been bogged down with the workloads, I am in this thing where I volunteer to help people with reading difficulties, I am looking at places to go for Work Experience (.. my friend and I are thinking hospitals), I am now part of this research team to make schools better ... and I'm preparing for exams and tests coming up soon. So.. yeah haha

Oh yeah ... side note ... I'm thinking of auditioning for SM and JYP by email some time ... (with my sister) haha so .... yeah just a summary of what's been going on~

Hey guys, again long time no see. Damn. Well, I've been busy with school work, lessons of Latin as an extra ('cause I chose it lol), been training at school for this volunteer thing where I help people at school (in younger years) with reading difficulties and I should be beginning a First Aid course that I volunteered to do .. so yeah lol Not to mention the workload I get every day so .. yeah~ Sorry guys~

Well, a couple of weeks ago, a new girlgroup debuted from SM. Their name being f(x) .. at first I wasn't a big fan 'cause I assumed they would be the same as all the other girlgroups ... the short skirts, cutesy image thing ... and I assume Jessica's sister (SNSD) would be the same as her so ... I wasn't too keen.

But I actually watched them .. first the MV 'cause it got released first and I thought it was decent .. catchy and that :) and then the member Amber caught my eye .. I thought she was a guy at first with her short styled hair and all that.. but it turns out she's not haha and basically, I liked how she wasn't the same as all the other girl groups and that she was unique and different.

They performed it live and they were quite good .. nothing went bad or anything and they are actually quite sweet people .. then I watched them on Sukira and they were too too cute haha

I also watched Amber's showcase of her performing Fort Minor and oh. my. gosh. It's friggin GREAT! So .. now I'm liking their songs and that :) La Cha TA is muchly catchy and I'm liking it now haha

I'm just hoping that . in the future, they don't change too much and well ... Amber doesn't havta change her toyboy character and personality.

Well, I've only read things on blogging sites like allkpop, seoulbeats etc. but ... from what I hear (and it's probably true cause its believable and .. we all know it) ... only 4% ...... their profits..... SM get 80%, the 5 of them get 20% to split between them equally ... 4% ?! .... These "slave contracts" ..... I honestly think that they're right to speak up. Junsu, Jaejoong and Yoochun. Though I don't think Changmin or Yunho are going to court ....

I really do hope they win against this battle....I really do 'cause like .. it's ridiculous .. (spelling error) .... They deserve more .. more than the 4% they get at the moment.
